I really enjoyed the water aerobics class! It was a fun workout that was suitable for all fitness levels. The instructor Maika had great energy and was so encouraging. The group had such positive energy and it was a fantastic addition to my day. I’ll definitely be back!

This is seriously one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever been too. The pool is incredible and the community is so kind. The events at the property are 10/10. Miaka does the BEST job creating a space that’s welcoming and fun. It’s such a treat to be able to relax and enjoy an activity hosted by someone so intentional.

Mika hosted such a fun event! The tacos and margaritas were beyond delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Everything was well organized and it was a great opportunity to meet new people and enjoy a fun evening. I had an awesome time and will definitely be attending more events in the future!

I recently moved in to Render and I’m loving every minute of it. I spend a lot of time at home so I’m glad I’m able to enjoy my time in a place that I’m comfortable and happy at. The gym and the pool are great plus the office staff is very friendly and welcoming, they help me with every step of my move in. I cannot recommend it enough!
