I recently moved in to Render and I’m loving every minute of it. I spend a lot of time at home so I’m glad I’m able to enjoy my time in a place that I’m comfortable and happy at. The gym and the pool are great plus the office staff is very friendly and welcoming, they help me with every step of my move in. I cannot recommend it enough!

Amazing property! Clean and Beautiful. The staff is incredible. They have great events for the residents which brings the community together. Never had that any where else I have lived. I’ve had a fantastic experience at Render Legacy Trail Apartments. From the moment I toured the property, I could tell this place was something special. The community is beautifully maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments themselves are spacious with high-end finishes, open layouts, and tons of natural light. The location in… I’ve had a fantastic experience at Render Legacy Trail Apartments. From the moment I toured the property, I could tell this place was something special. The community is beautifully maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments themselves are spacious with high-end finishes, open layouts, and tons of natural light. The location in Nokomis is perfect — close to beaches, restaurants, and easy access to the Legacy Trail for biking or walking. It’s peaceful and feels tucked away, but still convenient to everything you need. The amenities are top-notch — the pool area feels like a resort, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. The management and maintenance teams are responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. Any request I’ve had was handled quickly and professionally. Overall, Render Legacy Trail Apartments truly feels like home. If you’re looking for upscale living in Nokomis with a welcoming community atmosphere, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have lived here for 6 months. Overall we are very happy. I love the big windows that allow so much light and views of the outdoors with nice breezes flowing when opened. The apartment layout doesn't feel like a typical apartment where you open the front door and you are in the main living space. The apartment layout doesn't feel like a typical apartment where you open the front door and you are in the main living space. My layout has a foyer and feels more like a home. Maintenance is quick to respond and the grounds are kept well. The access to the Legacy Trail is great and the surrounding area is scenic with a small lake. The amenities are top notch. I am very happy to have found this place and plan to stay for a long time. We are very content.
