I’ve had a fantastic experience at Render Legacy Trail Apartments. From the moment I toured the property, I could tell this place was something special. The community is beautifully maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The apartments themselves are spacious with high-end finishes, open layouts, and tons of natural light.
The location in Nokomis is perfect — close to beaches, restaurants, and easy access to the Legacy Trail for biking or walking. It’s peaceful and feels tucked away, but still convenient to everything you need.
The amenities are top-notch — the pool area feels like a resort, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. The management and maintenance teams are responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. Any request I’ve had was handled quickly and professionally.
Overall, Render Legacy Trail Apartments truly feels like home. If you’re looking for upscale living in Nokomis with a welcoming community atmosphere, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

This is seriously one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever been too. The pool is incredible and the community is so kind. The events at the property are 10/10. I recently moved in to Render and I’m loving every minute of it. I spend a lot of time at home so I’m glad I’m able to enjoy my time in a place that I’m comfortable and happy at. The gym and the pool are great plus the office staff is very friendly and welcoming, they help me with every step of my move in. I cannot recommend it enough!
